This policy covers personal data processed through our website and our direct business communications. For client services, processing is governed by the contract and Data Processing Addendum.

We do not collect recruitment data via the website. We do not record phone calls. We do not use analytics or advertising pixels.

We share data only with service providers acting under contract, for example:

We do not sell your data. 

6) International transfers 

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Chat content may be processed by OpenAI in the United States. Where required we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses or the International Data Transfer Agreement. 

7) Retention 

• Chat transcripts: 90 days 
   

• Other enquiry records and routine business correspondence: kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymised

We currently use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate and secure this website. We do not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and display a cookie banner to request your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
